With thirty years of experience in the restaurant industry and a long-standing friendship, they have combined their talents to create a place where French cuisine flourishes in creativity and respect for fresh ingredients sourced from French producers.

Mody Sacko honed his craft in the kitchens of Le Potager du Roy and Les Trois Marches in Versailles, under the guidance of renowned chef Gérard Vié. There, he developed a unique style that blends the elegance of French cuisine with bold African touches. His dishes, rich in flavor and vibrant in color, pay homage to culinary traditions that he reinterprets with creativity.
